Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage third-party logistics provider metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, service, efficiency, and delivery to specifications
- Review and update warehouse operational processes to enhance operational accuracy, efficiency, and cost containment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance and increase logistics operations efficiency
- Build consensus and drive alignment amongst key stakeholders to support supply chain and logistics initiatives
- Inspect facilities to ensure adherence to safety and operating policies
- Support inventory control functions to meet requirements and drive business growth
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to evaluate and enhance IT, hardware, and network infrastructure
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of warehouse supervisory/management experience in a high-volume, complex supply chain environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements through data analysis and action planning
- Understanding of supply chain financials, dynamics, and continuous improvement concepts
