We're seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Product Designer to help build the foundation of our design team and drive the success of our company. As a product designer at our organization, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our product and business, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
About the Role:
- Own design problems end-to-end, from concept to research, shipping, and beyond
- Develop and utilize journey maps, user flows, and system diagrams to communicate ideas and impact the end-to-end experience
- Design beautiful and intuitive web and mobile experiences that meet user needs, data, and business goals
- Lead, mentor, and help build our product and design teams
- Conduct user research using ethnographic and data-driven approaches
- Obsess over visual design and user experience details
- Identify future opportunities and contribute to strategy as a key team member
- Partner with engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Explore new technologies to elevate product experiences
- Assist in hiring and building a talented design team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product design experience
- 2+ years of experience working within an in-house product team, owning the evolution of an existing product (startup experience preferred)
- Experience designing workflows and B2B products
- Strong visual aesthetic with a portfolio showcasing polished and thoughtful work
- Strong conceptual thinking and experience leading process from concept to launch
Bonus Points:
- Experience as a product manager, shaping business strategy and translating designs into engineering stories
- Programming experience in React, Swift, ObjC, Java, or Kotlin
