Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, addressing questions, concerns, and issues in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of complex issues and provide guidance on compliance and policy adherence
- Drive clarity and resolution, conveying realistic expectations and identifying the best solutions for our customers and eBay
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding, establishing trust and delivering difficult messages with care and sensitivity
- Adhere to performance and metric standards, including AHT, resolution, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, and compliance
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of call center or relevant customer service experience
- Customer-centric approach with high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence
- Digital proficiency in navigating web-based and e-commerce specific software applications
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintain resiliency in the face of challenging situations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive clarity and resolution
Work from Home Requirements:
- Secure workspace with a door that closes off from noises and distractions
- Wired Internet connection with a consistent speed of 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload
- Ability to work a structured schedule, including weekends, without undertaking primary care of another individual
