About the Role:
In this strategic position, you will:
- Lead and grow a diverse team of Content Designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity
- Develop and execute Content Design strategies that elevate the user experience and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to deliver innovative solutions
- Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance on language systems, scaling strategies, and Content Design deliverables
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience managing a Content Design team, with a proven track record of building successful relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Experience developing and guiding language systems, scaling strategies, and other Content Design deliverables
- Strong understanding of global products, globalization, and the gaming industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and drive innovation
