- Driving sales growth and merchandising excellence in assigned territories
- Creating engaging in-store displays and experiences that showcase our brands
- Building strong relationships with store personnel and consumers to provide exceptional brand experiences
- Executing sales programs and initiatives to achieve maximum brand potential
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
- Must live in the Homestead to North Miami areas
- Entry-level applicants without experience but willingness to learn will be considered, as will candidates with 0-2 years' experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service
- Strong selling skills and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently within a large territory and multitask across a large number of stores
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and ability to effectively communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities

- Competitive salary range: $54,200 - $63,600
- Annual incentive reference value percentage: 7.5
