Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations, including maintenance department performance, associate compliance, and facility goals
- Manage associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and development opportunities
- Drive business plan implementation, monitoring expenses, asset utilization, and developing procedures
- Coordinate job-related activities, build relationships with stakeholders, and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $139,000 per year
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
