We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team at Capital Health in Pennington, NJ. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive and supportive environment for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized comfort measures and emotional support to patients and families
- Develop and implement personalized plans of care based on patient needs and preferences
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications accurately and safely, and document patient records according to nursing standards
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and respond to changing unit needs
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure in New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training
- AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification
- Additional certifications may be required depending on assignment (e.g. TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale, ACLS, NRP, PALS)
