As an Assistant Teacher, you'll play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters growth, exploration, and discovery.
We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Benton, AR. As an Assistant Teacher, you'll work closely with our Lead Teacher to design and implement engaging lesson plans, maintain a safe and organized classroom, and build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean classroom environment
- Communicate daily with families regarding student progress and needs
- Encourage parent and community engagement through strong professional relationships
- Adhere to all minimum licensing, quality rated, and/or accreditation guidelines and company standards
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, child portfolios, and USDA documentation
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Genuine warmth and understanding of the needs of young children and their families
- Positive attitude and self-image with a commitment to innovation and creativity
- Strong communication skills with coworkers, parents, and children
- Must pass state-required criminal background check
