We're seeking Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technicians to join our dynamic pharmacy team, where you'll expand your knowledge and skills beyond traditional pharmacy operations. Enjoy a set schedule, a supportive environment, and the satisfaction of making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from contact center representatives, resolving issues or transferring to a pharmacist as needed
- Perform data entry and other pharmacy queue work with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with pharmacists, following work instructions, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless patient care
- Ensure quality assurance, report adverse events, and assist with prescriber and patient outreach
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license
- Basic math and computer skills, including Windows navigation, Microsoft applications, internet, and email
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs as needed
