This is a 100% on-site role at our Dripping Springs, TX location, offering a unique opportunity to work with a national leader in behavioral healthcare. We believe in rewarding talent, and our total rewards package includes a competitive salary range of $17-27 per hour, dependent on geographic region, education, and experience.
As a Overnight Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through their treatment journey, from admission to discharge. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing overnight support and supervision to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Contributing to the development of clients' behavior, mood, and healing progress through insightful and practical support
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting environment, and ensuring the house is tidy and clean at all times
- Managing nighttime emergencies and crises as they arise, and soothing clients as needed
- Sharing vital information about clients' progress with the treatment team, and attending all training, education, and staff enrichment activities

Available Shifts: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun 10pm-6am
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college/university, preferred
- Two-years of experience working within the mental health, counselor, or eating disorder fields, preferred
- Must possess a current Driver's License and be in good standing
