Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant to lead business conversations, drive process automation, and deliver innovative solutions using Oracle Financials, Purchasing, and related modules. As a highly process-oriented individual, you'll work closely with business teams, Oracle developers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business conversations to identify pain points and process automation opportunities
- Develop, implement, and support business solutions in Oracle R12 E-Business Suite environment, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Subledger Accounting, Assets, and Cash Management
- Collaborate with Oracle Support for knowledge and issue resolution
- Perform fit-gap analysis, create test scripts, and lead system testing and user acceptance testing
- Ensure adherence to IT controls and alignment with IT strategies
- Manage application life cycles, including release planning, maintenance, and small to mid-size projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical/Functional consultant in Oracle Applications 11i/R12
- Expertise in Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, CM, INV, OM, and Oracle Manufacturing modules
- Strong working knowledge of RICEW, OBIEE reports, OAF Reports, XML Publisher, Toad, and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
