Job Description
- Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers
- Coordinating with other teams to facilitate on-time departures and quick turnarounds
- Working in a fast-paced airport environment, including the operation office, gate area, jetways, and air freight facilities
- Handling station communications, coordinating loading and unloading of aircraft, and preparing dispatch release forms
Pay and Benefits

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to read and follow instructions, and learn and understand ramp operations procedures
- Be able to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed
- Be able to lift and move items of 70 pounds or more
