We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Online Chat Representatives to join our team at Workwarp, a leading provider of web chat services for the automotive industry. As a Web Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in representing our dealer clients favorably online, responding to customer inquiries, and generating leads to drive revenue from website traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to effectively address customer needs
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every customer interaction
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred, but not necessary
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40+ WPM preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification, with 2+ years of experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting preferred
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, with strong decision-making and analytical abilities
- Ability to pass a background check and work in a fast-paced environment with a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
