As a Guest Advocate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have a welcoming and inclusive experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash wrap, sales floor, and stockroom
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent guest service
- Adapt to changing situations, including sales promotions, inventory levels, and guest needs

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
