Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Weekend Producer. This role requires working on weekends, with some evening and weekday work during busy seasons. As a Weekend Producer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day texting production and reporting, building and analyzing campaigns, and optimizing performance to drive exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and analyze peer-to-peer and broadcast texting campaigns to drive client success
- Manage weekend texting programs, including A/B testing and expanded targeting based on return on ad spend
- Create and update performance trackers to optimize ongoing and future sends
- Communicate fundraising results with clients and provide data-driven recommendations
- Generate shortlinks, track click-through rates, and proofread scripts to ensure error-free execution
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor, modify, and implement client send calendars
- Explore new technology options and platforms to drive innovation and client success
Required Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and quantitative skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Comfort exploring and working in new technology platforms
- Curiosity and interest in developing innovative solutions to drive client success
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with political advocacy CRMs, such as NGPVAN/EveryAction
- Familiarity with ActBlue or other political fundraising platforms
- Knowledge of peer-to-peer or broadcast texting tools, including Hustle, ThruText, Spoke, and Tatango
- Experience with political data services, such as L2, Catalist, TargetSmart, or Aristotle
- Familiarity with shortlink services like Bit.ly, Rebrandly, or Capsulink
