Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Math Instructor/Math Tutor to teach, tutor, and inspire students in a supportive and encouraging environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering individualized instruction, assessing student progress, and maintaining a safe and professional learning environment. Our ideal candidate is passionate about math, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is eager to learn and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and tutor students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™
- Collaborate with team members to deliver group instruction and support student learning
- Assess student progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Become proficient in digital educational materials and processes
- Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
Requirements:
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained on our proprietary methodology
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities
