We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at Childcare Network in West Point, GA. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our young students.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of our students
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a sense of community and partnership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that meets all licensing and accreditation standards
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress, needs, and achievements
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of teaching experience or certification (we will support you in obtaining certification if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a state-required criminal background check
- Meet all state certifications and requirements
