We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at Childcare Network in Fort Worth, TX. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young learners and creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, exploration, and discovery.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, warm, and inviting classroom environment that is clean and organized
- Communicate daily with families regarding student progress and needs
- Develop strong professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain high-quality standards of care and adhere to all licensing, quality rated, and/or accreditation guidelines
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children
- Utilize our science-based, proprietary curriculum to create a fun and engaging learning environment
- Keep daily records, including attendance, child portfolios, and other required documents
Requirements:
- Genuine warmth and understanding of the needs of young children and their families
- Positive attitude and self-image with a commitment to innovation and creativity
- Strong communication skills with coworkers, parents, and children
- 1-3 years of teaching experience or certification (we will help you obtain certification if needed)
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Must pass the state-required criminal background check
- Must meet all state certifications and requirements
