As a Frontend Coach (Complex) - WM, you will:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through effective teaching, training, and active listening, ensuring seamless store operations and excellent customer service.
- Drive financial performance and sales growth in designated store areas by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, upholding our mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Successful completion of firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training (for facilities that sell firearms).
- Attendance and successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
