Job Summary:
Under the guidance of our Vice President, Human Resources/Risk Management, you will provide exceptional customer support services to our department, maintaining confidentiality and upholding our organization's values and mission. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality service to all customers, including employees, applicants, and guests
- Responding to routine requests, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff members
- Assisting with recruitment functions, including scheduling interviews, verifying employment eligibility, and coordinating background checks
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files and HR documents
- Coordinating departmental-related duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and preparing reports
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma and 5 years of customer experience (HR experience preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS databases (desired)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems and maintain confidentiality
