Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Workwarp, a leading provider of exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests and homeowners, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest services, including check-in and check-out, answering phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries
- Complete daily front desk tasks and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our properties, services, and local area to provide informed recommendations to guests

Requirements:

- Reliable transportation and secure housing in Summit County
