Job Description:
- Developing and enhancing environmental sustainability procedures and recycling programs
- Connecting environmental sustainability to business value and supporting the development of organizational sustainability performance goals, key performance indicators, and targets
- Researching, analyzing, and gathering data from various sources to inform sustainability initiatives
- Managing and analyzing key performance indicators related to sustainability matters, including recycling, climate change, energy, packaging, and sustainable procurement
- Creating and maintaining internal project plans and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and quality
- Proactively identifying opportunities to create value and mitigate risk through sustainability and recycling initiatives
- Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to fulfill changing needs that require prompt attention
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Proficient in MS-Office suite, with strong PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of MS Project, SharePoint, and Power BI (preferred but not required)
