Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Practice Manager (CPM) to lead customer programs that drive business outcomes and accelerate growth through transformational professional services programs. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will promote and sell strategic solutions, ensuring delivery excellence and project closure in assigned accounts or territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, driving results in ProServe and Platform bookings and revenue.
- Lead business outcomes, articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with AWS account teams to develop unified account plans and pursuit plans.
- Establish executive relationships, securing sponsorship and support for programs.
- Build internal networks with critical organizations, including account teams, Partner teams, Global Services, Finance, and Legal.
- Deliver on annual bookings and revenue targets, aligning deal structures with customer goals and AWS business objectives.
- Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.
