Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Practice Manager (CPM) to lead customer programs that drive business outcomes and accelerate growth through transformational professional services programs. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will promote and sell strategic solutions, ensuring delivery excellence and project closure in assigned accounts or territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, driving results in ProServe and Platform bookings and revenue.

Lead business outcomes, articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies.

Collaborate with AWS account teams to develop unified account plans and pursuit plans.

Establish executive relationships, securing sponsorship and support for programs.

Build internal networks with critical organizations, including account teams, Partner teams, Global Services, Finance, and Legal.

Deliver on annual bookings and revenue targets, aligning deal structures with customer goals and AWS business objectives.

Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.
