The Claims Customer Contact Representative is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls related to life and annuity claims, providing accurate information, and resolving customer inquiries promptly while adhering to privacy regulations. Key Responsibilities:



  • Professionally handle incoming calls, ensuring inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.

Requirements:
