We're seeking a highly skilled and independent Chat Service Representative to join our collaborative team environment. If you have a strong background in email, chat, and phone customer service, and are tech-savvy, we want to hear from you! As a Chat Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to incoming customer live chats, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager as needed
- Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
- Provide accurate, concise, and timely responses to customer inquiries, requests, and problems
- Promote interest in client products and services, consistently achieving established standards
- Portray a positive and professional image, providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Assist with overflow work and other duties as required
