- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Health insurance experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- 1+ year of experience in a call center setting
