As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Working closely with application teams to define, frame, and capture business needs
- Developing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging this expertise to define and transform data within our Cornerstone big data platform
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Enabling big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions
- Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems
- Powering customer story analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
- Proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, and build management and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects (minimum 3 years)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery approaches
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
