We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. HR Business Partner to join our team at Amazon. As a Sr. HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business outcomes, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business priorities
- Lead and manage HR programs that drive expertise management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and programs
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of human resource generalist experience
- Proven experience in leading and managing HR programs and teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in HRM preferred
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
- Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
- Verified experience handling and leading teams
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
