What You'll Do:
As a Remote Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently processing and fulfilling orders. Your responsibilities may include:
- Receiving and stocking inventory
- Preparing customer orders for shipment
- Loading boxes onto trucks for delivery
- Using scanners to track products
- Following on-screen prompts and instructions
- Troubleshooting issues and maintaining quality standards
- Operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training and certification provided)
- Lifting up to 49 pounds and pushing carts up to 60 pounds
- Standing, walking, and reaching throughout your shift
- Utilizing carts and other gear to move items
- Navigating stairs (where applicable)
- Working at heights up to 40 feet (where applicable)
- Adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment standards
