As an Academic Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive learning environment for students in grades 4-10, providing online audio/video classes, and clarifying doubts to strengthen their understanding of Science and Mathematics concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online audio/video classes and provide error-free step-by-step solutions to student queries
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and outcomes
- Collaborate with our team to achieve educational goals and objectives
Requirements:
- 0-5 years of experience in teaching or education, with a strong passion for creating an impact in the field
- Strong subject knowledge in Science and Mathematics for grades 4-10
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English) and camera-facing skills
- Ability to adapt to new concepts, tools, and technologies
- Self-driven, quick learner, and able to multi-task and think creatively
