- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and other key performance indicators

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and ability to navigate multiple software applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions
