Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to our Editor-in-Chief for a 16-week remote internship. Our publication is dedicated to showcasing unique interviews with renowned contemporary art photographers and artists, and we are looking for someone to support our editorial team in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate effectively with the editorial team to achieve shared goals

  • Develop problem-solving skills to improve administrative processes and efficiency

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills

  • Manage the Editor-in-Chief's calendar, sort and distribute incoming documents, and perform administrative tasks as needed

  • Work closely with writers, photographers, illustrators, and marketing professionals to support publication production


Requirements:



  • Availability to work 3 days a week (24 hours/week) for a minimum of 4 months

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and flexible

  • Excellent communication, grammar, and time management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Knowledge of photography and/or fine arts is highly desirable
