Symphony-Solution is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to provide real-time support to our website visitors and clients. As the first point of contact, you will help users with inquiries, provide guidance on services, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Understand company services to effectively assist clients and prospects
- Troubleshoot issues or route queries to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with sales, development, and support teams for accurate information sharing
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and contribute to team goals
- Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or a similar role
- Excellent written communication skills and fast typing speed
- Tech-savvy and familiar with using CRM and chat tools
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelorโs degree preferred but not required
