  • The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour
    Reimbursement Coordinator Highlights
  • This is a contract assignment with potential for permanent hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs
  • Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (100% attendance required; no time off permitted during training)
  • Work Schedule after Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
  • 100% Remote Position
    Reimbursement Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve patient/provider needs with professionalism and empathy
  • Enter detailed, accurate information into company software while actively communicating on the phone
  • Complete referrals and applications accurately and stay informed on policy/procedural changes
  • Address patient/physician inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow up with patients via outbound calls as needed
  • Support patients through the full onboarding process from first contact through case resolution
  • Report adverse events within required timeframes
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining quality and productivity
  • Deliver an empathetic and supportive experience throughout each patient interaction
    Reimbursement Coordinator Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of customer service or related experience preferred
  • Call center and/or healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance practices preferred
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable using both standard and proprietary computer software
    Remote Work Requirements
  • A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace
  • High-speed, hardwired internet connection:
  • Minimum download speed: 15 Mbps
  • Minimum upload speed: 5 Mbps
  • Maximum ping: 30 ms
  • Dial-up, satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular connections are not acceptable
  • Surge protector with network line protection (for company-issued equipment)
  • Company will provide computer and necessary technology
