Job Description
We run a marketing agency that manages Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for home-service companies (painters, cabinet refinishing, exterior/interior work). We’re currently running campaigns for a few clients, but our cost per lead is higher than we’d like, and we need an experienced media buyer to step in and provide expert guidance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who can audit our current ad accounts and quickly identify what’s working vs. what’s not.
- Provide a consultation/diagnosis on targeting, campaign structure, creatives, bidding strategy, etc.
- Recommend actionable steps to bring down CPL while keeping lead quality high.
- Ideally has experience with local lead gen/home services (painting, remodeling, cabinets, etc.).
Deliverables:
- Review ad account(s) and provide a clear recommendations.
- Suggest concrete changes (targeting, creative, budget allocation, retargeting strategies, etc.) we can implement.
- Potential for ongoing consulting/support if results are strong.
Requirements:
- Proven track record with Facebook Ads, specifically in lead generation.
- Experience lowering CPL for local service businesses.
- Strong communication (must be able to explain insights clearly).
Budget:
