Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–9 PM (Shorter hours on Saturday)

What You’ll Be Doing
Conducting high-converting consultation calls with warm leads interested in our teacher training certification program.
Understanding each potential student’s pain points, goals, and motivations to align their needs with our program’s value.
Masterfully handling objections with confidence, integrity, and emotional intelligence to guide prospects to a clear decision.
Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly enrollment goals.
Maintaining detailed CRM notes and follow-ups to ensure strong pipeline management.
Who You Must Be:
A Closer – You have a proven track record of high-ticket sales ($3K–$10K+ per sale) and consistently closing over the phone or Zoom.
A Mindset Master – You understand sales psychology and know how to guide prospects to an empowered decision
Passionate About Wellness – You believe in holistic healing, personal transformation, and helping people step into their highest potential.
Self-Motivated & Coachable – You thrive in a performance-based environment and are eager to continuously improve through sales training and coaching.
Comfortable With High-Volume Calls – You can confidently handle multiple consultations per day without burnout.
- Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in a high-ticket sales role (coaching, wellness, education, or personal development industries preferred).
- Strong understanding of emotional selling and consultative sales techniques (knows how to handle smokescreen objections)
- Availability to take calls during our booking window (M–S, 9 AM–9 PM EST).
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet space, and professional setup for video calls.
