A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Healthcare Construction Plan Reviewer to work on their ongoing project in the Indianapolis, IN office.
Below are the additional details of this role:
Required Qualifications:
- We need a minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in the following.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare facility plan review or code compliance.
- Proficiency in electronic plan review software (e.g., Revit Autodesk).
- In-depth knowledge of FGI Guidelines for the Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities
- In-depth knowledge of NFPA 101
- Familiarity with ASHRAE requirements (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers)
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Joint Commission or CMS standards.
- Ability to interpret functional programs and clinical workflows in design.
