- Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytic frameworks for structured and unstructured problems with minimal guidance.
- Build broad institutional knowledge of primary clients and their organizational culture.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and proactively seek opportunities for collaboration.
- Support business development by maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to proposal preparation.
- Interact with sponsors and clients under supervision, ensuring clear communication of project goals and results.
- Contribute to research publications and analytic products for individual projects.
- Communicate results clearly and concisely, both in writing and presentations.
- Manage own activities on focused project pieces and may lead small projects under supervision.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and provide guidance to colleagues on tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- Minimum Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a relevant field; PhD preferred.
- 0+ years of experience with a PhD or 2+ years with a Master's in research and analysis.
- Strong analytic curiosity and creativity, with the ability to operate independently.
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary environment with strong critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of research techniques and strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact positively and independently with clients.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Security Clearance.
