About the position
- Responsibilities
- Perform project tasks and assignments of moderately complex nature in production assembly operations.
- Work on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
- Engage in fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production, or pre-production environment.
- Build or integrate hardware for prototypes, assemblies, and large complex systems.
- Construct RF, multi-function cables and harnesses, and utilize soldering techniques for RF performance.
- Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Ability to perform advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer devices.
- Ability to perform advanced fabrication and marking.
- Distinct communication and computer skills.
- Solid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications.
- Nice-to-haves
- AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred.
