- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead the due diligence phase to conduct comprehensive gap analysis and Shopify solution architecture
- Identify and address potential Shopify limitations before migration to ensure seamless platform transition
- Evaluate payment gateway options and integration requirements based on client's business needs
- Assess technical feasibility of custom requirements and develop alternative solutions for Shopify limitations
- Communicate project status effectively and drive progress while coordinating with implementation partners
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear documentation and regular progress updates
- REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience with managing enterprise level ecommerce implementation projects
- Extensive hands-on experience with Shopify platform architecture, customization capabilities, and limitations
- Proven track record managing e-commerce platform migrations or implementations at enterprise scale
- Strong technical understanding of payment gateways, API integrations, and e-commerce ecosystems
- Experience conducting gap analysis and technical discovery for complex platform migrations
- Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong communication abilities to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholder audiences
