About the position
- Responsibilities
- Analyze Plan data and recommend strategic initiatives for financial wellness and retirement readiness.
- Mentor, train and lead a team of analysts in presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
- Conduct strategic Plan benchmarking including AonHewitt Benefit Index, TAPF, and defined contribution (DC) studies.
- Lead the relationship with third party administrators on benefit design, implementation, communication and on time delivery.
- Ensure defined metrics are succeeding as identified.
- Support the development of Plan language and recommend updates to existing Plan provisions.
- Analyze proposed and current legislative and regulatory changes (PBGC, DOL, ERISA) and recommend Plan strategies accordingly.
- Evaluate marketplace 'best practices' and recommend new technology and/or tools to facilitate employee engagement in personal financial management.
- Evaluate and make recommendations for global financial wellbeing solutions as well as support the development of automation to improve efficiencies.
- Review updates to Summary Plan Description(s) and modify based on Plan language modifications.
- Support internal and external Savings Plan audits.
- Contribute to the development of training and communications materials.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business or similar field.
- 4+ years' experience in U.S. retirement plans, specifically defined contribution plans.
- Must have at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational and project planning skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently in an accurate manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills including advanced proficiency with Excel.
