Job Description
We’re a small but growing ecommerce brand in the holistic wellness and mushroom supplement space. We’re looking for a part-time Community Engagement Specialist to help us build awareness, drive traffic, and grow our Reddit presence — all through natural, helpful, and respectful commenting and posting.
This is not a spammy link-dropping job. We want someone who understands Reddit culture and can speak like a human, not a marketer.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Commenting on Reddit threads (5+ per week) in relevant subreddits like r/Nootropics, r/Biohackers, r/HolisticNutrition, etc.
- Answering questions on Quora about Lion’s Mane, adaptogens, focus, natural supplements, etc.
- Participating in Facebook Groups by engaging with posts (2–3 comments per week)
- Posting 1x/week in our branded subreddit: r/TakeYourMushies (we’ll provide content ideas)
- Using our existing blog content to support your answers when relevant
- Logging activity in a shared Google Sheet
- Following our SOP to ensure tone, link frequency, and style stay consistent

✅ Ideal Candidate:
- Strong written English
- Familiar with Reddit and how NOT to get banned
- Interested in holistic wellness, supplements, or natural health
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Able to follow a process and improve over time

- ~2 to 3 hours per week
- Ongoing work if results are good
- Weekly check-ins, performance reviews based on traffic and quality

- Trial run: 1 week at $10–$15 to assess tone and fit
