About the position The Talent Attraction Sourcer (Contract) at Curtiss-Wright is a crucial role within the Global Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on proactively sourcing and engaging candidates to build a diverse talent pipeline for critical positions. This position requires creativity and a strong drive to discover hidden talent while ensuring compliance with hiring policies and practices. Responsibilities β’ Partner with Talent Acquisition and Business Partners to understand talent needs and requirements. β’ Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques, focusing on passive talent. β’ Recommend and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates. β’ Network through industry-related groups and specialty job boards to create a buzz in the talent market. β’ Source, cultivate, and conduct prescreens to recommend candidates to the Talent Acquisition Partner. β’ Perform market research to identify diverse external talent pools and execute diversity sourcing initiatives. β’ Participate in and coordinate job fairs for recruitment purposes. β’ Maintain detailed records and information on sourced talent. β’ Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, practices, and company values. Requirements β’ Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance. β’ Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter in engineering or a technical field. β’ Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with all participants in the recruiting process. β’ In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Recruiter, and Indeed. β’ Ability to quickly adapt to a heavy workload and proven experience in doing so. β’ Familiarity with sourcing for niche technical roles to assess candidate qualifications effectively. β’ Strong interpersonal skills and a tenacious attitude for sourcing. β’ Ability to travel for job fairs as required. β’ Previous ATS experience, preferably with Workday. β’ A quiet, secure work-from-home space with the ability to communicate openly. β’ Resilience for change and ambiguity to support the fast-paced changing needs of the business.
