What You’ll Be Doing
- You're not a paper-pusher — you're the engine behind our clients' hiring pipelines.
- Be a hiring quarterback — manage inbound applicants, pre-screen talent, and guide candidates through a high-velocity process
- Own the inbox — field texts, calls, and emails using our streamlined system
- Keep it flowing — use our internal tools to keep applicants moving and metrics tight
- Collaborate with killers — work hand-in-hand with our ads, ops, and creative teams to keep your accounts dialed in
- Track results like a pro — manage stats and stay ahead of the curve with performance reports
- Level up constantly — we’ll train you, mentor you, and expect you to rise
- What You’ll Need to Crush It
- You’re fast on your feet — think quick, communicate clearly, and handle curveballs
- You don’t just follow scripts — you connect with people
- You're organized AF — your tabs are tidy, your notes are sharp, your workflow hums
- You’ve got real experience managing clients or accounts
- You’ve got high-speed internet and a focused home setup (this role is 100% remote)
- You love the game of growth — personally and professionally
