About the position
- Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of eBay's fashion consignment programs - from pilot to scale
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Shipping, Category, Legal, Analytics, and Trust teams to build and launch new capabilities
- Support future expansion of alternative inventory models beyond consignment (e.g., trade-in, vendor-managed inventory, or commerce partnerships)
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and scaling challenges - and lead problem-solving to resolution
- Develop clear and effective program plans, operating models, and performance tracking frameworks
- Communicate program updates, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Ensure all initiatives deliver a best-in-class customer experience rooted in trust, convenience, and sustainability
- Requirements
- 6+ years of program or project management experience in commerce, retail operations, supply chain, or related industries
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept to execution
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with marketplace platforms, consignment models, or commerce
- Passion for fashion, sustainability, and driving innovation within the circular economy
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience required
- Benefits
- Base pay range in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro and Seattle Metro is expected in the range of $140,800 - $188,000
- Base pay range for all other U.S. work locations is expected in the range of $101,200 - $174,100
- Total compensation package may include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units
