Job Title: Oracle EBS Manufacturing Functional Lead (6-Month Project)
Location: Hybrid (US Based Remote + Travel to Mexico one week per month)
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
Project Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing Functional Lead to support the implementation of manufacturing at a new site in Mexico for an existing EBS customer. This is a high-impact role that will drive the end-to-end delivery of discrete manufacturing capabilities, ensuring a successful rollout and adoption.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional workstream for Oracle EBS Manufacturing implementation at the new Mexico site.
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.
- Define and document business processes, functional designs, and configuration approaches.
- Support data mapping and migration activities in collaboration with the technical team.
- Coordinate with development teams on customizations and conversions.
- Drive testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Deliver end-user training and create supporting documentation.
- Provide on-site and remote go-live support and hypercare.
- Partner with business and IT leadership to ensure project milestones are met.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of Oracle EBS implementation consulting experience, with a strong focus on Manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in Discrete Manufacturing with multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge across Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, Routing, Costing, Inventory, Quality, etc.).
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and fit-gap resolution.
- Hands-on involvement in data migration, testing, and training.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Flexible to travel to Mexico one week per month.
