- Generate engaging and relevant content for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand.
- Manage daily interactions with clients, respond to comments, messages, and emails, and foster a positive community.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support special events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) for social media channels, analyze data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to ensure our social media efforts are innovative and effective.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Manage and process website orders promptly and accurately, ensuring a smooth customer experience from purchase to delivery.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, including tracking, returns, and exchanges.
- Work closely with the Accounting Department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Requirements
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc).
- Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated creativity and a keen eye for detail in content creation and campaign development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Familiarity with the firearms industry is a plus, but not required.
