Our brand’s visual identity is just as important as our formulations, and we’re looking for a Performance Creative Specialist to craft compelling, conversion-driven static ads for our Meta advertising campaigns.
The Role:
We’re seeking a talented graphic designer & copywriter hybrid to produce high-performing static ad creatives tailored for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. Your work will directly impact our ad performance, so you should have experience creating scroll-stopping, engaging, and persuasive ad creatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Design high-converting static ad creatives for Meta (no video work required).
- Write short, punchy ad copy that aligns with our brand voice and drives conversions.
- Optimize designs based on performance data, iterating on winning concepts.
- Stay up to date with Meta ad creative trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.
Who You Are:
- A performance-driven designer—your work isn’t just beautiful, it sells.
- Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma (bonus points for experience with AI-assisted design tools).
- A strong copywriter who understands direct-response marketing.
- Experienced in e-commerce, beauty, or DTC brands (preferred but not required).
- Analytical and open to testing different creative angles.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with beauty or luxury brands.
- Understanding of Meta’s ad policies and best practices.
- Familiarity with ad performance analysis (e.g., CTR, ROAS, engagement metrics).
