About the position
- Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and inspire employees
- Anticipate future needs and prioritize workload
- Provide strategic and operational oversight and project management guidance to advance the overall effectiveness of courses in the mandatory compliance training portfolio
- Consult and support the HR team leading key mandatory business unit and functional courses as appropriate
- Guide custom instructional content developed in partnership with subject matter experts across the enterprise and the HR Learning & Development organization
- Review and edit instructional content with a goal of increased effectiveness
- Stay informed about the latest in adult learning strategies, technology, and experiential learning
- Understand key risk areas and draw insights through integration with teammates across Global Compliance such as Compliance Risk Management, International Risk Management, Ethics, Global Privacy, and other organizations
- Partner with the Command Media team to provide training and awareness deliverables in support of their strategic efforts
- Collaborate directly with the Ethics Education & Awareness team to both provide and gather information
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience developing or guiding compliance training
- High degree of ingenuity and creativity to drive solutions to unique challenges
- Experience in managing collaborative, cross-organizational initiatives and execution strategies
- Experience presenting and providing succinct messaging to stakeholders
- Experience anticipating future needs and prioritizing workload
