This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a busy professional with both personal and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate works well in fast-paced settings, makes good decisions, handles multiple priorities smoothly, and completes tasks accurately and efficiently.

    Requirements
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendar, appointments, and scheduling
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as needed
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
  • Perform internet research and gather information as requested
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
